Swiss pear wood offcuts and Cornish clay

H18 x W36 x D23 cm

A bread bin made from pear wood and shino-glazed Cornish clay. The cutting board lid follows the subtle sinuous curves of the clay, and is complemented by gentle hand-shaped handles. Made in collaboration with Imogen Kempton, apprentice at Leach Pottery in St Ives.
